If You've Got the Money -- Go Ahead and Pay What You Owe
If you have the money to pay your bills, don't hesistate to pay them. According to Proverbs 3:27-28, "Withhold not good from them to whom it is due, when it is in the power of thine hand to do it. Say not unto thy neighbour, Go, and come again, and to morrow I will give; when thou hast it by thee."

Jesus also emphasized this point in Matthew 22:15-21, "Render unto Caesar the things which are Caesar’s, and unto God the things that are God’s." Good reminder of being a responsible person.
